The staff are very polite and professional, they are concerned about your needs and effectively work with you to deliver a great experience before, during and after the procedures. Dr. Gilbertson is a wonderful dentist, he is concerned about his patients and is very adamant about checking on how they are doing during and even after the procedures. I mostly appreciated the steady stream of inquiries the dentist made during my procedure regarding how i was feeling, and was really surprised by a follow up call i received later in the day from the dentist himself to make sure i was feeling okay and to answer any post procedure concerns i may have had.

This was hands down the best overall experience i have ever had visiting a dentist and i believe everyone should leave with the same satisfaction and smile on their face (even if your mouth is still numb) after their appointments as i did!"
